About Us 

The Mission of the Adams County Victim Witness Assistance Program is to meet the many needs of crime victims and their families by providing compassionate services and advocating for the fair and dignified treatment of crime victims as mandated in the Crime Victims' Rights Act. Through these services, the program will assist and enable Victims of Crime to be restored to their pre-crime status while addressing the physical, emotional, and financial effects of crime.
