Real Estate Tax Collection

The Adams County Treasurer's Office is collecting county, municipal and school taxes for the following municipalities:
Abbottstown
Arendtsville
Bendersville
Germany

For your convenience, payments can be mailed, dropped off at our drop box located in front of the Courthouse, paid in person Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, or paid online using the link below.
Please supply a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like to receive a receipt.

Important Dates

County and Municipal Taxes

March 1 - April 30: 2% Discount
May 1 - June 30: Face Value
July 1 - December 31: 10% Penalty

School Taxes

July 1 - August 31: 2% Discount
September 1 - October 31: Face Value
November 1 - March 31: 10% Penalty
