WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT AN EXECUTOR/ADMINISTRATOR SEE AN ATTORNEY BEFORE BEGINNING THE LEGAL PROCESS OF PROBATING. AN ATTORNEY IS SPECIALIZED TO HELP WITH THE MANY RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED OF AN ESTATE ADMINISTRATION.
