I am a lifelong resident of Adams County, and very interested in the quality of life in our community. In our positions we have the capability to make a positive daily impact on the community we serve. I believe in the Adams County goals of enriching social, economic, and environmental vitality, while providing services which are responsive to the health, safety, and general welfare needs of County residents.

County Manager

The County Manager is the executive officer of County government. Appointed by and is directly accountable to the Board of County Commissioners. Is responsible for implementing and executing the policies, ordinances and budgets adopted by the Board, and directly oversees the management and operations of several departments of County government to ensure the County is operating efficiently and effectively.
