Adams County residents, attorneys, defendants, and researchers are encouraged to download the Adams County Clerk of Courts and Orphans’ Court Mobile App. This free app, available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, provides quick access to important court information, alerts, and digital services.

Residents conducting genealogy or family history research can access Orphans’ Court records directly through the app. These resources include birth, death, and marriage records valuable for historical and lineage research.

Court Appearance Notifications
Defendants may enroll in e-Communications through the website or mobile app. This service sends a text or email reminder 4 days prior to your court hearing and again 24 hours before most court dates.
Complete the form below, and email it to paymentplans@adamscountypa.gov or enroll digitally via the Adams County Clerk of Court mobile app. Click on the More icon and select “eCommunications Enrollment"
Do not reply to the email or text reminders as they are not monitored. If you wish to stop the text reminders, simply reply STOP and you will automatically be deactivated from the text alert. Text or data rates may apply.
