Protection From Abuse Self Help Packet

Protection From Abuse Self Help Packet

Please be advised it is not necessary that an attorney be involved in the filing of a petition for protection from abuse as you may file the petition on your own. If you choose to do so, it is strongly recommended that you contact the advocate listed below for assistance.

The following forms are available if you do not wish to hire an attorney and want to file for a Protection Order on your own.

However, you do not have to file for an Order alone. Specially trained advocates are available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no cost to you.

You may speak to an advocate today by calling:

Safe Home: (717) 632-0007 (Hotline Number, 24 Hours, 7 Days Per Week)

An advocate from Safe Home can assist you in preparing and filing a petition.
